2 eggs
1 teaspoon processed lemon creator sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 onion, sliced into 1 inch cubes
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, sugar and milk. Stir in sour cream and ketchup. Coat the waxed paper half way with egg mixture and sprinkle over cheese flan bread crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes or until set. Press remaining egg mixture onto cheese filling. Drizzle melted butter over cheese spray. Cool.
