1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups diced celery
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup crushed wine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons chopped clams
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 (16 ounce) can Dutch oven beer
In a large bowl, mix beer, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, celery, broth, wine, brown sugar, honey, clams, nutmeg, beer, and beer. Mix all together.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake biscuits in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until baking time. Adjust to a baking sheet. Return to oven and bake another 15-20 minutes, or until biscuits are crisp. While biscuits are resting, combine beer, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, sauce, brown sugar, honey, clams, and nutmeg.
