1 1/2 pounds fresh, ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 (8 ounce) can French fries, drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram (optional)
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon onion powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, garlic powder, paprika, garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, salt, onion powder and salt. Mix well.
Spread mixture into a 9 inch or 11 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with fried french fries. Layer with eggs, 1 teaspoon oregano, basil and salt, onion powder.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes. Place crust in oven and unbolt foil to allow steam to escape.
