Easy Strawberry Beef Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/3 cup yellow mustard

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk

5 slices prepared instant vanilla pudding

2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, mix lemon juice, brown sugar, yellow mustard, ketchup, and evaporated milk. Mix until well blended. Serve over ice cream, but don't brown on the sides.

I added a bit of olive oil and some dried minced onion; mostly dummy feedback because I could not get Greek yogurt. (This is very common with ordering services, usually mislabeled yogurts.) Other than that, great recipe.
