2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch white sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons fried green pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 (10 ounce) can wax beans
1/2 cup chopped shallots
1 cup finely chopped celery
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic powder, sugar, lemon juice, and green pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Coat chicken with oil. Remove from skillet, cut into 8 wedges, and scoop out meat.
Dredge the chicken pieces in the remaining soy sauce mixture. Pour them into a large baking dish.
Cover with wax beans and shallots, and cover with celery.
Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes, until chicken is golden brown, and the top is crispy.
