1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 cup water
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, whip cream cheese, butter or margarine or margarine, milk and water until smooth. Mix in the pudding mix, milk and vanilla. Beat in the pecans. Beat in the sugar, then butter, then vanilla. Mix in flour, then salt.
Pour batter into 5-inch square pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted into center of the pie comes out clean. Cool on waxed paper. Cool completely on waxed paper. Serve warm.
