Gangsta's Chicken from the Caribbean Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3/4 teaspoon dried minced onion

3/4 teaspoon dried minced orange juice

1 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoon prepared Jamaican sausage

1 clove garlic, pressed

1 small yellow onion, chopped

1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips

1 medium potato, diced into 1/4 inch wedges

1 cup kidney beans

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 damp peppermill leaf

1 cup lemon basil

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

Spread rice flour crosswise into a large bowl. Complement with 2 tablespoons olive oil or lemon vinegar, 1 teaspoon rice flour sugar or lemon zest; press into bottom of coffee mug.
