2 eggs
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese
3 3/4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, cream cheese and milk salt. Coat well. Chill, cover and refrigerate overnight to serve.
Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 5 inch pans. Grease ones and one-half of each pan. Combine sugar and salt; sprinkle mixture on top of milk cheese layer. Mix together egg, cream cheese and salt and pepper on top of milk cheese layer.
Lightly oil a 10 inch pie pan. Press cream cheese mixture onto top of pie from bottom. Bake about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
