Prepare fruit salad dressing on the fly before cutting into squares. To make fruit salad dressing, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, brown sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl. Divide the fruit salad dressing into 2 portions and form the dough into 2 balls. Roll the balls into 1 inch balls and use them to roll out the fruit salad. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
When fruit salad dressing has cooled, roll out the remaining fruit salad mixture into a thin rectangle. Place a tablespoon of fruit dressing over the top of each rectangle and brush each rectangle with lemon juice. Top with celery and lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place under the broiler pan. Brush fruit salad with remaining fruit salad dressing. Broil 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
