1 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water
3 cups white sugar
4 bananas, sliced
1 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 8x8-inch muffin cups or a 9x13-inch pan.
In a large bowl, combine honey, brown sugar and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth. Pour water into bottom of pan and pour over oil mixture. Sprinkle with bananas and toss until completely covered. Pour remaining water over pan.
Dust lightly with confectioners' sugar.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
