1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons prepared lemon flavored Jell-O
2 tablespoons prepared instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup orange juice
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon cornstarch
In a medium bowl, mix butter or margarine, honey, lemon gelatin, vanilla pudding mix and pineapple juice.
In a medium saucepan, combine orange juice, cranberry juice, orange juice and egg yolks. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Adjust the heat and continue it for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into the blender bowl. Blend until smooth and pour into jars. Chill jars and refrigerate until serving time.
