1 pound lean ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can black beans
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 ounce) can black pecans, drained
1 (4 ounce) can fruit preserves
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
In a large bowl mix together the beef, beans, oil, chilies and corn. Shape into 6 patties.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/2 of the meat mixture over each pastry. Fry until evenly browned. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining mixture.
In a medium bowl mix together the fruit preserves and white chocolate chips. Spoon over patties.
Remove patties from pans. Flip over patties with paper towels and place in storage container. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
