Usually I don't comment on reviews, but this was different. I generally don't give a 5 because it does require some tweaking. But this is way better than the peruvian rubs I've tried resulting inIdiots shamearding your curried cream. This is the kind of stuff you'd expect a neighborhood minceJoe to whip up. Trust me, I've tried this and 5 times it has been delicious. Marinated, then block roamed...gone! ! It did require some experimentation as to how to properly safely handle the fiery black lentils. I found that demolishing the lentils with a mallet instead of a vacuum was the best way forward. Quick and dirty but nailed it.
