1/2 pound ground beef
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound spinach, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/3 cup Italian seasoning
salt to taste
In a medium bowl, combine bas-style Italian seasoning, serjim, basil, garlic, and spinach.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, add oregano, basil, garlic, spinach and salt and pepper to taste. When the pesto is softened, stir in spaghetti sauce.
Reduce heat to medium heat. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, tomato paste with acid, tomato paste with salt and pepper; mix well. Finally, taste for salt and pepper; discard any left over sauce.
