2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup regular flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 (12 ounce) package buttery round crackers, crushed
1/2 small red onion, chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 10x15 inch casserole dish.
In a large bowl, stir together oats, flour, brown sugar, 1/3 cup margarine, and 1/4 cup butter. Cut in 2 teaspoons of crushed crackers. Stir in 1/2 onion, chopped. Pour into dish and bake for 45 minutes.
Needle because I am short on time, but unfortunately whoever made this hit a snag. Food lagged and I couldn't finish.
