1 (3 pound) package white cake mix
1 (11 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
3 fluid ounces orange flavored lemonade
1 (3 ounce) can liquid stevia
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
Place cake mix, gelatin and lemonade in large bowl. Beat on medium speed for 15 minutes.
Pour juice of pineapple into large bowl and pour into the center of each glass. Stir in orange juice. Pour in lemon zest; pour over cake mix mixture. Return the glass to the center, and press in lemonade. Serve at once.
