Irish Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.75 ounce) package English muffin mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant Irish cream pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

3 eggs

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 1/2 cups milk

1 1/4 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup margarine

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup margarine, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) graham crackers.

Beat English muffin mix and cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Beat in cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until light and fluffy; stir in eggs, oil, and vanilla. Beat in margarine, butter, flour, and baking powder. Stir together in a large bowl.

Stir batter into graham crackers and place in ovenproof pan. Pour chocolate mixture over graham cracker crusts.

Bake 20 minutes, or until graham crackers are golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack, remove from oven. Cool completely.
