1 cup all-purpose flour

This was just the type of recipe we'd want to make again, only with fewer vegetables. Cut in half the onions and peppers and still had the same amount of dishes.
This rub really made a difference in the way my family loved it. I put it in little muffin tins, also. I had to make a different topping from an old recipe, so I used a little bit of powdered milk to substitute. It made little little vats of delicious, too. I thought the amount of topping in the vats was a little much, so I'd like to try making smaller portions. Interesting, because I always saute mushrooms before I add them to salads, so I used the leftover topping to make bread for the tortilla chips. This is my first time making bread for nuts, so I had no idea what I was doing. Thank you.
