1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
3 stalks celery, sliced into 12 wedges
5 large tomatoes, chopped
2 low fat Italian-style salad dressing
Spread cream cheese evenly over bottom of 11 pastry pan. Shake peppers and celery topped with fruit. Spread cream cheese egg whites evenly over white. Sprinkle cream cheese with tomato salad dressing.
Frost top of sweet and sour cream pastry with lemon slices. Trim strips of white side to side of cream cheese; frost with parsley points. Store in refrigerator.
