1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 cups brewed peach , drained
3 cups orange juice
1/2 cup orange zest
In a large bowl, mix honey, applesauce, vinegar, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from heat and mixing in peach , orange juice and orange zest.
