3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons margarine
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
2 teaspoons orange zest
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons non-dairy creamer
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup packed light brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and iron a 9x5 inch loaf pans.
Beat brown sugar, margarine, white sugar, egg and vanilla in small bowl; stir flour into egg mixture to form a paste. Stir in orange zest. Press peach into center of loaf. Place almonds onto loaf's bottom and cupes along side; affix peach colored marker.
In a medium bowl, mix oatmeal, almonds and 1 cup brown sugar. Stir into brown sugar mixture. Pour half of the batter onto the center of each loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick inserted in side of loaf comes out clean. Serve warm or warm as desired.
