Magic-Cast Oil Grease a9-inch square baking pan.
Mix 2 cups sugar, vinegar, food coloring and vinegar. In a medium bowl, cream together vinegar and food coloring. Slowly stir flour mixture into sugar mixture. Continue to stir until all ingredients are moistened, 1 to 2 minutes. Coat bottom of pan with cold water.
