1 pound chicken meat
1 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag; pat dry.
Mix garlic powder, salt, sage, marjoram, herbs and chicken in a spice mixture. Seal bag, and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
