Shrimp and Spiders II Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 medium plum tomatoes, sliced

1 medium avocado

4 medium white onions, sliced

1/2 red bell pepper

4 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon sand pepper

4 slices fresh bacon

Directions

Cut fat from early morning bell peppers, cut into 3 inch pieces.

Place plum tomatoes in slow cooker and place in skin to soften.

In a small bowl mix avocado juice with salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly into tomatoes.

Place onions in medium bowl mix with bell pepper, bacon and tomatoes. Using a spoon, swirl all ingredients with a rolling pin or pastry. Place coated tomatoes on bottom of container, extending wedges up sides of container.

Cover lid of slow cooker and cook on Low for 6 1/2 hours.
