1 tablespoon vegetable oil ketchup
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan, add enough water to cover rice. Cook over medium heat until almost boiling, stirring often.
Place brown gravy in small stockpot. Pour 1/2 teaspoon olive oil into fat, stirring occasionally. Simmer covered over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes, or until hamburger is well done. Return potatoes and onions to pot, and cook together over low heat until potatoes are tender. Drain, and stir in ketchup, apple vinegar, dry mustard, onion powder and salt and pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
