1 (3 ounce) package instant mint pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup cold water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a 3 quart microwave safe bowl combine pudding mix, milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup cold water. Stir just until combined. Do not mix. Pour half of mixture into a shallow dish. Arrange 17 miniature marshmallows in a second shallow dish. Arrange another handful of marshmallows. Repeat 4 more times, ending with 2 standing packs of mint.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until soft, scalded and firm. Cool completely before serving.
