1 tablespoon vegetable oil
5 ounces fresh veggie burgers
1 teaspoon saltine cracker crumbs
Heat oil in a frying pan or Dutch oven. Place veggie burgers in frying pan, and brown lightly.
Add cracker crumbs, and brush with oil as well. Sprinkle mixture over veggie burgers. Firmly pack veggie burgers into ever hollow pan roughly 6 inches deep. Pour enough of the bean gravy to take 1 inch, roll up to seal, and seal tightly. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until serving.
