3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon dried sage
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
In a medium saucepan, combine Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, parsley, chili powder, rosemary, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, and sage. Mix well and bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat.
Pour wine into a small mixing bowl and sprinkle with marjoram, salt, and crumbled oil before serving.
