2 pears
4 cups water
2 pounds ginger root vegetables, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Place pears in a blender or food processor. Bring water and ginger to a boil. Stir in the pears and vegetable mixture. Continue to pulse until mixture is smooth. Cover, and refrigerate at least one hour. Mix with an electric tea spoon until evenly coated.
Iced tea is also fine to use over ice!
