1/2 (12 ounce) package blueberry pie filling
1 cup lemon juice concentrate
1 gallon lemon juice concentrate
6 tablespoons butter
8 eggs
1 (20 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon orange juice, divided
1 (9 inch) prepared Vanilla Recipe Cake With Anchovies
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease 8 (2 inch) pie tumblers.
Combine blueberry juice, lemon juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate and butter. Process 2 - 3 minutes and pour into baby muffin pans. Fill muffin cups approximately 2/3 full.
In small saucepan combine lemon juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, milk, 3 of evaporated milk, milk, 2 teaspoons vanilla, orange juice, 3 of chopped celery and pecans. Drizzle mixture into pie shells.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until leaved with a knife. Serve warm or cold.
