2 quarts sugar
1/3 cup butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour BAKER-SWEET 3 1/2 quart muffin cups. Note: Thoroughly brush biscuit liners with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, beat 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/3 cup butter, eggs, 1 1/2 tablespoons flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Beat in milk. Pour batter into prepared pan which will fill to JUST COVER ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into oven comes out clean.
