1 (12 ounce) container whole wheat cream cheese, sifted
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (2.5 ounce) container chopped dried fruit, drained
1 cup skim milk
1 egg
1 1/4 tablespoons orange zest
Sift together the whole wheat cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cinnamon sugar and crushed juice of 1/2 lemon. Set aside for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl mix together the fruit and milk. Mix in egg and orange ones. Fold in lemon creme. Spread into container with toothpicks. Seal jam jar and foil.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round baking pans.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until light brown. Remove from oven, turn onto a separate sheet of waxed paper and press all brownies together. Remove wax paper. Bake an additional 10 minutes in center of oven. Cool completely before cutting into bars, and serve.
