1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix flour, milk, oil, sugar and white sugar until smooth. Place mixture in a small, heavy dish or bowl. Brush mixture with margarine or butter.
Bake chicken at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, and juices run clear.
