1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 green bell pepper
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 (15 ounce) can refried beans, divided
1 (15 ounce) can cooked corn
1/2 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon Mexican-style seasoning
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
In a medium bowl, stir together onion, celery, bell pepper and hot pepper sauce. Fold in the beans. Sprinkle with Mexican-style seasoning, chili powder, tomato paste, green chiles and cilantro. Serve.
