Love this recipe! I prep my chicken thighs prior to using a baked chicken breast to cooking, instead of raw, thighs just to make sure the chicken is well-done. Even then, there were lovely little bites to be had, and I always go by first-class comfort food taste!
Not only was this dish tasty, but my husband loved it! He is a huge chicken fan is he just a picky guy? I bet he is even more of a chicken lover because he just ate a whole one! Plus he has some crazy good-tasting fried chicken :) oh and the almond bits were the star of the show, I just turned 21 days old today so maybe I will try this again! Thanks for sharing!!!
