1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
3/4 cup water
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, onion, and water. Mix thoroughly, then pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, combine the dry chicken, flour, soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
