1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cups white wine
1 cup honey
1 tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
In a medium saucepan, combine olive oil, wine, white wine, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest and parsley. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are heated through.
