2 eggs, beaten
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (1 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (1 ounce) package instant confectioners' sugar
1 3/4 cups vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) package corn muffin mix
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin seeds
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat eggs, cream cheese, and pudding mix in large bowl. Mix together in small bowl until well blended. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring frequently with fork. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Bake an additional 20 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
The Cream Cheese Frosting: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in vegetable oil. Gradually whip cream cheese into cream cheese.
