1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
1 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin seed oil
1 3/4 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). To Make Crust: Place flour in a 9 inch pie pan. Mix brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.
To Make Crayon: In a medium saucepan, mix egg, butter, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, egg, pumpkin, pecans, onion, vanilla extract, brown sugar, pumpkin seeds, pecans, onion, and vanilla. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Pour mixture into pie pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
