Peanut Butter Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons milk

1 cup white sugar

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 teaspoons milk chocolate syrup

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 cup chopped pecans

4 (9 inch) pie filling

Directions

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until well blended. Beat in sugar, butter and eggs until smooth. Beat in the vanilla extract. Stir in chocolate syrup. Spread mixture into graham cracker crust. Chill 15 minutes before serving.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I used a package of frozen spinach and thawed it in the microwave before dumping it in the ice cream. It was super easy and quick. I will make this time and time again.
