4 eggs
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup lemon zest
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup whipped cream
3 teaspoons baking chocolate syrup
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) pans.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and margarine until foamy. Mix in brown sugar, oil, flour, cocoa powder, lemon juice and lemon zest. Blend into egg mixture just until incorporated. Fold in pecans, whipped cream, baking chocolate syrup, lemon juice and orange juice.
Arrange cake onto unbaked baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 13 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
