1 (16 ounce) package light corn wafer cookies
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, stir together the corn syrup, salt and cinnamon. Make a well in the center and pour in the melted chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until background is just starting to set. Cool on cookie sheets for 3 minutes on the baking sheet before removing to wire cooling racks to cool completely.
