2 (3 ounce) packages KRAFT Swiss cheese spread mix
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
1 (3 ounce) can sliced bananas, drained
1 (4 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup skim milk
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a medium saucepan.
In a large bowl, mix the Swiss cheese spread mix, pineapple, bananas and orange juice concentrate. Mix wet with dry, then fold in butter. Mixing thoroughly, pour mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining pineapple. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir into the custard mixture and spread evenly into the pan.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 2 hours or until toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
