Jalapeno Poppers II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/3 cup lemon zest

4 cups jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

2 ounces frozen sliced spinach

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until well blended. Mix in mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice. Fold in lemon zest. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle cream cheese evenly with remaining lemon zest.

thought I should comment after seeing someone else comment. this looks very good but mine came out oily. i threw it in the oven for about 20 minutes with the garlic and onion. i did the same thing to the cookie sheet and it ended up looking like hamburger CS (childs play on words). anyone else find this recipe to be chunky? should be good for wunderkinds.
