2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
4 teaspoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons dried green pepper
2 teaspoons dried anchovy fillets
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
salt to taste
2 1/2 cups canned tomato paste
In a small bowl, mix parsley, onion powder, green pepper, anchovies and salt. Set aside.
In a large saucepan or heavy skillet, saute green pepper, anchovies and brown sugar over medium heat until slightly browned. Stir in tomato paste. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes to simmer.
Remove chicken breasts and place in a large pot or casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
