1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
2 pounds shredded mozzarella cheese
Prepare the cheeses according to package directions. Separate into 2 thin layers. Dip each layer in the pre-packaged egg white and then dip into melted margarine.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add cream cheese and garlic powder and cook, whisking constantly, until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and stir in Italian-style seasoning.
When the cheeses are melted, dip each layer into egg white and then into cheese sauce. Spoon over mozzarella cheese slices, then place slices on cheese slices to serve. Cover and refrigerate cheese salad until serving.
