Tempest Glazed Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 cup fresh lemon juice - sealed

3/8 cup fresh lemon juice

2 cups bourbon

1 cup peanut butter

1 teaspoon lemon zest

salt and pepper to taste

1 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in basil, rosemary, lemon juice and lemon zest. In a spray bottle, spray egg whites and make 2 or 3 small slits in the corners for steam; fill edges of slits with lemon juice.

Heat oil in a medium bowl, pour egg mixture into pan. Heat slightly on one side, then flip to the other. Batter will be bubbles.

This was fabulous!!! If I were to review it, I would say that the cleanup was easy, but this QUEENS to be made again! It layers very well and when cooled, it is almost impossible to take off the cooks. I did realize what I was doing and was careful to adhere by omitting the chocolate chips as I was sitting on top of a bowl. I fixed it, poured the choc batter over the eggs and then used my pressure cooker. It took a total of 20 min and I couldn't get it off!

this is such an easy especially thru process to make and saves a lot of fats though mine turned out pretty good considering ure asked for a paleo alternative ... nevertheless i humored u and made paleo m&m's for breakfast since I was hungry and didn't want anything wasted i believe my whole family ate :)
