I followed the recipe exactly - I used cream cheese as a spreadable cheese and it worked very well. I did add garlic powder and cracked black pepper to really being out the smoky taste. With all of the above changes, it was very good. My disap-pointment was that I didn't use yellow more than once....VERY nice flavor!
