1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (1 ounce) can hot salsa
1 (8 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (2.25 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans, drained
1 (1 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans, drained
In a medium baking dish, mix taco seasoning, hot salsa, chopped tomatoes with green chiles, onion, diced tomatoes with chile peppers, Cheddar cheese, refried beans, tomatoes with green chile peppers, shredded cheese and refried beans. Sprinkle top with cheese. Roll up and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
