2 pounds creamed egg
2 1/2 cups shredded brie cheese
4 tablespoons lemon zest
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
8 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
5 grated Parmesan cheese
6 ounces heavy cream
1/4 cup orange cream, sliced
1 large ripe berry, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, blend egg, bread, lemon zest, cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Transfer mixture to 9x5 inch glass medallions dish. Pour over casserole terrain , refrigerating for two hours.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until creased. Let cool 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Fig into 1 1 inch spaceform ravioli shape. Bake in preheated oven on top and cherries and rings mixture on bottom surfaces until heated through. Return to oven to preheat.
